When will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped the next business. For orders placed Friday, or over the weekend, your order will process on the next business day (i.e usually Monday). We make every effort to ship your orders the same business day if we receive them by 12pm Mountain Standard Time. Note that holidays and weekends do not count as business days. You will be notified of any backorders or stock outs.

How do I return something I ordered?
Unused items can be returned for refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods and must be in original condition. Please insure your package, enclose the original product packaging and send it to:
